- A leads coordinator will reach out and assist you to secure an appointment with our Lawn Expert for your lawn analysis.
- You can expect a call from our Lawn Expert who will then confirm his visit to your property.
- The Expert will present you with a quote within 24 hour which will include the necessary programs for your lawn based on his finding/ expect opinion and based on your lawns current state.
- You will receive the quotation via Email or WhatsApp which ever you prefer or probably both
- Select and accept the treatments you wish to continue with and submit your choice to us by clicking on the submit action button.
- Your dedicated planner will be notified via email once the treatment list is submitted
- Your planner will contact you regarding your preferred kick off date
- Your planner is then able to proceed with creating your personalized treatment program schedule.
- Receive the proposed schedule and approve it (which offers flexibility and will be saved and loaded on your profile).
- Once approved, receive the initial treatments proforma for payment – payment confirms your booking
- Treatments are pay as you go
- You can expect a confirmation email for each treatment confirmed which will include your after-care Watering and Mowing instructions
